We kindly require a deposit payment at the time of the booking in order to secure your reservations. The deposit payment is 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% of the payment is to be paid on the date that you start the tour. We accept payments by Visa/Master, credit cards and bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will ask you to fax or e-mail the payment receipt. If you pay by credit card, then you will need to fill in the relevant form and to send it to us with the necessary documents for identity verification. Package Tours Turkey reserves the right to cancel for any reservation for which the necessary documents have not been received and apply the appropriate cancellation fees
RESERVATIONS
As soon as we receive the payment, we start securing your reservation. If any of the proposed accommodations is not available at the time of the booking, we will select an alternative of a similar category. If there is a difference on the price, either more or less, the balance of the payment will be adjusted accordingly. Availability of the hotels can be checked prior to booking, upon request. However no space can be held or guaranteed
CONFIRMATION
Once your reservation has been done correctly and registered in our system, you will receive a confirmation for the travel itinerary with all services notes along with the contact details of the local destination management. Upon your arrival in the destination, you will receive further documentation such as vouchers, tickets and/or transfer details essential for your program
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to Package Tours Turkey by email or fax. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or any other extra services which have been made directly by the client. You will then be subject to the following cancellation charges-for all land packages,tours and programs
Prior to departure: Charge
15 days or more : 10% of selling price (administrative fee)
2-0 days : 100% of selling price
Flight tickets are not included in the above cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and the flight tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur an extra fee or in case of cancellation (this is additional to the service fee). The cancellation fees applied according to the cancellation policies of the flight companies. Package Tours Turkey do not charge anything extra for the flight ticket cancellations
CONSUMER CLAIMS
We endeavor to ensure that all your arrangements run smoothly. If any problem occurs, it is essential to try to resolve it directly with the local management. If you are unhappy with your hotel room, please inform the hotel manager so the situation can be rectified on the spot. If you have an unresolved complaint this should be put to Package Tours Turkey in writing
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of Packagetoursturkey and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator; Packagetoursturkey organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including surface/air/water transportation, sightseeing tours, and cruise/hotel accommodations that Packagetoursturkey purchases or reserves from various suppliers. We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, coach operators, hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Packagetoursturkey are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers but not limited to shipping, rail, car hire and restaurant operators, whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage. We always do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied by your vacation. We accept liability for any loss or damage sustained as the result of our negligence, or in case it is responsible our staff. However, the company assumes no responsibility for any act, omission or failure by the airline, the operator guides, shipping and cruises companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services relating to the organization of your tour. Package Tours Turkey accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, which are not preventable by proper diligence on the part of Turkey Travel Package, including but not limited to war, political unrest, fire, flood, acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, accidents, failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action
CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY
You should be aware of and to have accepted the health requirements for VISA that applicable in the areas you are planning to visit, and you will be responsible for all the documents of entry, exit, health ,regulations , orders, demands of the countries to be visited, which are required by the law. You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, VISA and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not responsible for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure all necessary documents and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Tour Expert on the client’s behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.You accept that you might travel through political and climatic instability, at high altitudes and remote areas without adequate medical services, and accept the associated risks. Your reservation means the acception of all terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of the contract of your journey to Turkey
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In some cases after a natural disaster or political crisis, tours and bus excursions or cruises can be canceled by the supplier in a very short period of time, up to several days before the date of the service. We emphasize that this is extremely rare, however, in these cases Package Tours Turkey will make every effort to offer an equally priced level alternative solution. If the alternative solution that we offer is not acceptable to you, it will become a full refund. If the alternative is more expensive than what was initially charge, the extra cost will be charged from Turkey Package Tours to your account

* All prices are only in Euro. For payments in other currency, the exchange rate depends on the Turkish Central Bank
* TTG cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings during the tours
* TTG reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the tour without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances
* TTG disclaim any responsibility for any indemnity or reimbursement in the event that museums or monuments included in the program could not be visited due to any reason beyond our control
